For the first time in 26 years, Houdini's brownstone "mansion" is on the market. The asking price is $4.6 million. Harry bought it in 1904 for $25,000.
At 278 West 113 Street, it's in a very interesting and fast-gentrifying New York City neighborhood - Harlem at the foot of Morningside Heights.
The four-story brownstone faces north, which means it's going to be a bit on the dark side. It has a nice backyard and many original details. Click the link for the whole listing with pictures.
